Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the payment methods, procedures, and conditions applicable to conference registration and related services provided by IEREK.

1. Payment Methods

Payment of conference registration fees can be made after completing the online registration process, using one of the following methods:

2. Payment Procedures

Participants must complete online registration and follow the payment instructions provided by the conference coordinator.

Online payments should only be completed after receiving a proforma invoice and the corresponding payment instructions.

3. Payment Deadlines

Participants are responsible for completing payment within the deadlines announced on the relevant conference webpage.

Early, regular, and late payment periods may have different registration fees. Additional charges may apply to payments completed after the specified deadlines.

4. Bank Transfer Charges

All bank transfer and transaction charges are the responsibility of the participant.

IEREK or its authorized payment beneficiary must receive the full invoiced amount without deductions. Any shortfall may require an additional payment.

5. Payment Confirmation

Participants paying by bank transfer must provide the transaction details and proof of payment to the conference coordinator.

Payments remain pending until the transaction has been received and verified.

A payment receipt or invoice may be issued following successful payment confirmation.

6. Taxes

Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, will be specified in the conference fees or payment invoice.

7. Registration and Acceptance

Inclusion in the conference program, issuance of final participation documentation, and consideration for publication require completion of the applicable registration and payment process.

Payment does not guarantee acceptance of a submitted paper. Final publication decisions remain subject to the peer-review process.

8. Changes in Attendance Format

Where permitted by the conference terms, participants registered for virtual attendance may request a change to physical attendance. Additional fees may apply.

Changes from physical to virtual attendance may be restricted under the applicable conference payment terms.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Conference registration payments are generally non-refundable once registration and payment have been completed, subject to the applicable conference terms and mandatory legal requirements.

Participants should review the specific cancellation and refund conditions before making payment.

10. Payment Inquiries

For payment instructions, invoices, transaction confirmation, or other financial inquiries, participants should contact their conference coordinator or the IEREK Financial Department.
